Re-imagining consent education

Dr. Apryl Alexander

Welcome to April! It’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and Kim and Kirsta are celebrating with a very special guest on this week’s episode. Dr. Apryl Alexander of the University of Denver joins K&K to dispel myths surrounding consent education and talks about how early intervention can drastically reduce the prevalence of sexual violence in our communities. Hear her story about how she got involved in this type of work, how she advocates for marginalized populations in her community, and what you can do to get involved in your own way. You won’t want to miss this episode.
