Masters and Disasters in Relationships

Kim and Kirsta continue their July theme discussing communication (yes, totally meta) by introducing the Gottman Institute. Founded by Dr. John Gottman & Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman, the Institute provides a research-based approach to relationships. Throughout their careers, the Gottmans have discovered four negative behaviors, or “The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse” that spell disaster for any relationship.
